Questions are showing a need for extensive information delivery. Governor Greg Abbott silently signed HB 3703 expanding the Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP) into law June 14th
Now that HB3703 is on its way to the governor, people need to inform medical doctors of the possible change to get more on board.
When the bill is signed off by the governor, the amount of physicians on board with the program needs to increase as quickly as possible.
