HB63 passes out of the Texas House
Today, the Texas House of Representatives voted to approve HB 63, which will reduce penalties for possession of 1 ounce of marijuana if passed in the senate and signed by the governor.
Texas House votes yes on industrial hemp.
Farmers can grow hemp, CBD can be sold as part of the bill that now needs to pass Senate committee, floor debate, and signed by Gov. Abbott.
